Annual FTO days (Flexible Time Off): 20 Assistant Director: 6-8+ years experience of progressive experience in innovation, strategy, transformation, product/portfolio strategy, insights, or organizational design / enablement Working knowledge of AI, data, and automation (e.g., GenAI use cases, data-driven decisioning, workflow automation), with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and risk considerations Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Ability to engage effectively at the intersection of business and technology, including comfort discussing data, platforms, systems, and emerging technologies with technical and non-technical audiences.
