Degree in Business or equivalent typically required 7 years progressive underwriting experience expected CPCU or professional insurance designation preferred Proven analytical ability to evaluate underwriting risks within scope of responsibility Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses and information Has capability to mentor and share information with less experienced employees for underwriting and training purposes Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external partners required
