Typically 5+ years' insurance‑industry legal experience (in‑house at a P&C insurer or in private practice representing insurers).

Advise on domestic insurance regulatory issues impacting casualty products and programs across admitted and E&S markets, including rate/rule/form considerations for admitted products and surplus lines eligibility, taxes, stamping/filing requirements, and producer/MGA/TPA oversight.
Structure, draft, and negotiate program-related agreements and distribution arrangements (e.g., MGA, program administrator, TPA, and producer agreements), ensuring alignment with applicable admitted and E&S regulatory requirements and enterprise risk standards.
