Senior Anaplan Solutions Architect

Working closely with our technical team, drives adoption of architecture standards in order to promote operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency and cost optimization into operating norms. Bachelors or Masters degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum 12-15+ years of Anaplan Configuration Engineering experience. Minimum 10+ years building scalable and maintainable Planning models. Minimum 5+ years of Solutions Engineer experience specifically with Anaplan. Anaplan Certified Model Builder strongly preferred. Experience collaborating with different business stakeholders to translate needs to actionable technical specifications. Experience designing and implementing integrations between Anaplan and other enterprise systems (EPR, CRM, data warehouses). Experience acting as a technical advisor/coach on complex Anaplan issues and communicating complex Anaplan issues to non-technical partners. Proficiency in product and system components of technical architecture. In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, objectives and strategies; in-depth understanding of global business and technology trends. Strong influencing and consensus building skills, and the adaptability to respond to change quickly. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization with diverse backgrounds. Experience with agile practices and expectations. Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Strong consulting skills (relevant/technical); recognized as a thought leader within the company. Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of decisions.
