About the Role
The Product Manager II will typically own one or more product features and lead project execution. Individuals in this role will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer. They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.
This position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA - 3 days in office. Onsite interviewing will also take place.
Responsibilities

Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle – Supports GTM plans by communicating requirements, preparing collateral, enabling teams, and outlining key launch milestones.

Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle – Solves customer problems through well‑designed features, prototypes, product discovery participation, and lifecycle management.

Strategy & Commercial Acumen – Defines strategic vision, uses competitive insights, builds business cases, and understands financial impacts to drive product direction.

Technical Skills – Applies strong technical understanding and tools knowledge to prioritize functionality and support product development.

Requirements:

Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience: 4-6 years

Ideal candidate has product knowledge from the insurance industry , auto insurance highly preferred

Recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features
-
Identified, led and released changes or enhancements that improved customer in satisfaction and/or commercial impact.

Demonstration of thorough product development knowledge, include the ability to develop related business cases, content and product plans.

Successful participation in customer engagements.

Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
