About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead and support a high‑performing engineering team focused on building scalable, secure, and production‑ready AI-powered solutions. This role blends people leadership, technical guidance, and architectural ownership, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, continuous learning, and responsible innovation. You will work closely with product, project, and engineering partners to deliver reliable software across the full development lifecycle, while mentoring engineers and shaping the technical direction of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of software engineers across the full development lifecycle

• Provide hands-on technical guidance in Java and Python to build scalable, maintainable systems

• Lead an AI R&D squad, supporting experimentation and transition of ideas into production solutions

• Guide system architecture for AI-enabled platforms, including microservices and APIs

• Promote secure, reliable, and high-quality engineering practices through design and code reviews

• Enable effective delivery using agile planning, prioritization, and collaboration

• Champion DevOps and reliability practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, and incident readiness

• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, growth, and team capacity planning

Requirements:

• Experience leading and supporting software engineering teams in a collaborative environment

• Strong working knowledge of Java, microservice

• Good to have python, React understanding.

Understanding of Azure:

• Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and NLP

• Experience designing or supporting distributed systems using microservices and APIs

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (Azure or similar)

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and observability

• Awareness of application and code security best practices

• Clear communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
