About the Role

Software Engineers play a key role in building and improving solutions that support financial crime compliance for customers worldwide. This position is part of the Continuity team, working on reliable and scalable screening platforms used by global financial institutions.

We welcome engineers who enjoy solving practical problems, collaborating with others, and contributing to high‑quality software in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components

• Translate product requirements into clear and maintainable technical designs

• Contribute to project planning and technical discussions

• Build resilient, scalable applications and services

• Review code and share knowledge with team members

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to improve solutions

Requirements:

• Experience with Java, including frameworks such as Spring Boot

• Experience with JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or similar)

• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and front‑end/back‑end integration

• Experience with data storage systems (relational databases and/or cloud data platforms)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)

• Familiarity with containers and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or equivalents) is a plus

• Exposure to AI‑enabled technologies is a plus, but not required
