About the Role

Software Engineers contribute to the development and improvement of solutions that support financial crime compliance for customers globally. This role is part of the Continuity team, working on scalable and reliable screening platforms used by financial institutions worldwide. We welcome candidates who enjoy solving real‑world problems, collaborating with others, and building high‑quality software in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components

• Translate product requirements into clear, maintainable technical solutions

• Contribute to project planning and technical discussions

• Build resilient and scalable applications

• Review code and share knowledge with team members

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience

• Experience with Java, including frameworks such as Spring Boot

• Experience with JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., Angular or similar)

• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and front‑end/back‑end integration

• Experience with data storage systems (relational databases and/or cloud data platforms)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)

• Familiarity with containers and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or equivalents) is a plus

• Exposure to AI‑enabled technologies is a plus, but not required
