About the Team

The Identity Solutions Consulting team delivers high‑impact Professional Services across the Insurance and Healthcare (IHC) markets. The team partners closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery organizations to ensure seamless implementation of Identity solutions and consistently strong client outcomes. This group is focused on operational excellence, solution quality, and scalable delivery practices that support continued growth in the IHC segments.

About the Role

The Senior Consulting Manager for Identity Solutions leads a team of Professional Services consultants responsible for delivering Identity solutions within the IHC markets. This role provides hands‑on engagement oversight while managing multiple related teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery, successful client engagements, and continuous process improvement. The Senior Consulting Manager serves as the primary escalation point for Identity‑related projects, drives operational efficiency, and shapes delivery standards that support long‑term scalability and market growth.

Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership & Escalation Management

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for all Identity‑related engagements in the IHC portfolio, ensuring timely issue resolution and strong client satisfaction.
  • Oversee delivery execution across multiple project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
  • Provide guidance through complex or ambiguous engagement scenarios, removing obstacles and supporting hybrid consultancy needs.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Lead process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and accelerate time‑to‑value.
  • Develop prioritization and resource allocation mechanisms to support predictable, efficient delivery.
  • Promote consistency in templates, tools, methodologies, and operational processes across Identity engagements.

Resource Planning & Scaling

  • Determine when and how to scale Identity delivery resources for the IHC market, including hiring and workforce planning.
  • Manage utilization, staffing assignments, onboarding, and skill development to ensure capacity aligns with engagement demand.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast future delivery needs and support growth initiatives.

Business Support & Practice Contribution

  • Contribute to market strategies, engagement frameworks, and standardized delivery assets for Identity solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to improve scoping accuracy, enhance handoff processes, and strengthen overall solution quality.
  • Support financial and operational reporting—including forecasting, resource planning, and delivery performance—to contribute to profitability (without owning full P&L).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, IAM implementation, or technical consulting roles.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading consulting teams, project managers, or technical delivery teams.
  • Experience delivering Identity, authentication, onboarding, or risk‑driven solutions preferred.
  • Experience working in or consulting for Insurance or Healthcare organizations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Expertise in process mapping, operational optimization, and scalable delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and executive stakeholders.
