Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the evolution and transformation of FP&A platforms within a large-scale homebuilding organization.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and product, owning the roadmap and delivery of FP&A capabilities across Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM solutions.

Your Responsibilities on the Team Product Strategy & Ownership Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for FP&A systems supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
Translate FP&A business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories to drive tangible improvements.
Collaborate with Finance team to prioritize needs based on business value, financial impact, technical complexity, and regulatory needs.
Demonstrated experience with automation, AI/ML practices to transform manual workloads.
Oracle EPM Transformation Lead tech modernization and transformation initiatives involving Oracle EPM.As part of the Lennar Technology Group (LTG), partner across with LTG & Finance teams to design scalable, future-state FP&A architectures and models.
Drive integrations between Oracle E1, Oracle EPM, data warehouses, and downstream reporting tools.FP&A & Homebuilding Domain Leadership Serve as a trusted partner to FP&A leaders, supporting:Community- and division-level forecasting Land acquisition and development financial modeling Cost-to-complete, backlog, and margin analysis Ensure systems support homebuilding-specific complexities such as:Multi-entity structures Job cost accounting Revenue recognition and WIP considerations Technical & Delivery Leadership Collaborate closely with architects, developers, data engineers, and QA teams.
Ensure high-quality delivery through agile execution, release planning, and backlog management.
Balance configuration vs. customization decisions with long-term maintainability in mind.
Stakeholder & Change Management Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management strategies.
Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements Experience with large, decentralized, multi-division organizations Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, OCI, etc.)Familiarity with agile / SAFe delivery modelsMBA, Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications What Success Looks LikeFP&A leaders rely on modern, reliable, and scalable systems for decision-making.
