Title Sales Representative/Escrow Officer

**Looking for a Title Sales Rep or Escrow Officer with a small network or book of business to supplement and add to our existing builder business Candidate must have either escrow production or title license to be considered

Candidate can be located anywhere in Utah or Salt Lake CountyYour Responsibilities on the Team Maintains and increases the sales volume by selling products and services to professional customersDrives and makes daily calls to numerous customers or prospective customersKeeps accurate records of calls made, expenses incurred and order volumeContinually assesses competitor actionsAssists in developing sales forecasts, territory potentials, workload analysis, target identificationContinually increases knowledge of sales skills, concepts, techniques, etc., and develops and improves sales presentationsRegularly promotes and maintains favorable customer relations for company by arranging and participating in the presentation of educational training programs for customerAttend and support social events and participate in local trade associations and civic and professional groupsRequirementsStrong Sales Experience is requiredBook of business requirement is required but flexible on amountUtah Title, Escrow or Production license is requiredValid Driver’s License and dependable transportationLife at Lennar TitleAt Lennar Title, Everything’s Included in our homes, and Everyone’s Included on our team.
