Our HR Technology Team is actively engaged in enhancing HR technology connectivity, streamlining HR processes, and improving associate experiences through strategic technology implementations and vendor partnerships!

Role Description

The Sr. Manager of HR Technology & Associate Experience will play a critical role in project prioritization, technology implementations, and process improvements to support our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). You will act as an internal consultant, leveraging analytics, research, and existing HR Technology to drive improvements in the Hiring, Training, and Retaining of Lennar’s Associates. This role will partner closely with both our HR Operations and Corporate Communication teams to scale and deliver our Associate Experience platform for all Lennar associates.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Craft product vision and strategies across multiple Service Now Domains- HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro

  • Define strategy and problems to solve across the associate experience

  • Asses and drive feature prioritization through data and insights

  • Drive product lifecycle from ideation to deployment while cross collaborating with multiple teams

  • Build and define objectives and key results

  • Track and report out on business outcomes and measurements of success

  • Own and manage the product backlog

  • Provide business and functional requirements for tech implementations

  • Lead and empower agile project teams to deliver results in an efficient manner that aligns with the greater business strategy and supports desired business outcomes

  • Create an environment where Associates respect and adhere to Lennar’s three core values of quality, value, and integrity

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years' relevant experience in product management (or related field), OR

  • Master's degree and 3 years' relevant experience

  • Experience:

  • Relevant work experience in a field emphasizing Human resources, Project Management, Product Management, and/or talent acquisition.

  • Proven experience translating business problems into actionable business requirements for technology deliverables.

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced skills in creating product roadmaps

  • Familiarity with HRIS and Workday Recruit

  • Knowledge of service delivery KPIs, such as time to resolution, deflection rates, and usage metrics.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in collaborating with HR and business leaders.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
