Lennar has been recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your FutureThe Virtual Customer Care Rep is responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned community(s).  Responsible for promoting, facilitating, and fostering positive working relationships with customers as well as coordinating and supervising the work of Lennar trade partners. This role will operate from the Irving, TX location.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the Team Promote, facilitate, and foster positive working relationships with Lennar customers and trade partnersRegularly exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partnersManage daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relationsApprove trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment related issuesAbility to understand manufacturer recommendations for use and application of their productsSupervise and/or conduct pre-closing meetings, Demonstrations, Celebrations and 30 day post-close visitsReview and certify the completion of each home within their community.Manage, supervise and direct all aspects of customer relations for an assigned community.Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff and sales staff as needed.Be an expert in the community and surrounding area including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc.Supervise, review and resolve the condition of their community; this includes but is not limited to entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers and signageRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experienceBachelor’s degree in related field preferredMinimum 3 yrs. experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilderValid Driver’s License with good driving recordValid auto insurance coverageAdvanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting and document managementAbility to read and interpret blue printsComputer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel)Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skillsContactsDaily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeownersPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:Able to work in excess of eight hours per day, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally operate construction equipment. Able to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time to complete paperwork, meet with building partners, and receive/return phone messages.  Must be able to work in construction environment under all weather conditions.
