We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build and scale Lemonade's agent channel into one of our most powerful growth engines. You'll sit within the Product team, working at the intersection of distribution strategy, partner experience, and digital product — owning the tools and flows that make agents want to bring their clients to Lemonade first.

We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.

Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.

In this role you'll

  • Help insurance agents grow and succeed with Lemonade by building products that improve their experience, performance, and business impact.

  • Own the end-to-end agent product experience — from onboarding through policy management — and drive measurable improvements in conversion and retention

  • Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities across the agent funnel, using data to guide decisions and validate bets

  • Partner with Agents Partnerships, Underwriting, Design, and Engineering to ship tools that make agents faster, more confident, and more successful with Lemonade

  • Translate complex insurance workflows into clean, modern digital experiences that replace legacy friction with real efficiency

  • Define and track the metrics that matter — channel contribution, funnel conversion, cross-sell rates — and own the outcomes, not just the output

  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Pricing, Data Science, and CX to align agent-facing experiences with broader business goals

  • Build the case for what we build next, combining partner feedback, market signals, and internal data into a clear, prioritized roadmap

What you'll need

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in insurtech, fintech, vertical SaaS, or a marketplace — especially if you've built tools for professionals like agents, brokers, or operators

  • A track record of owning a funnel or business KPI end-to-end, with results you can speak to clearly and specifically

  • Experience building for external users or partners — you understand B2B, B2B2C, or SMB dynamics and know that operator-facing products have their own rules

  • Strong analytical instincts — you're comfortable with ambiguity, know how to find signal in the data, and make decisions before all the information is in

  • The ability to simplify complexity: you can take a messy workflow, a tangled stakeholder map, or a technical constraint and turn it into something clear and actionable

  • Sharp communication skills — with external partners and internal teams alike — and a natural ability to build trust across functions

  • Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
