We deliver innovative solutions through the talent and dedication of teams who are empowered to excel, committed to doing what’s right, and driven by a shared mission to support our customers, our communities, and one another.

We are seeking a Task Order Manager to join our **F‑16 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Product Support Integrator (PSI)**team. This dynamic IDIQ contract environment includes a high volume of concurrent task orders and coordination with numerous vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. If you thrive in a fast‑paced logistics and sustainment environment and bring deep expertise in F‑16 Repair and Return, this role offers the chance to lead high‑visibility efforts with real mission impact. This position will be reporting directly to the Program Manager.

What You’ll Do

As the Task Order Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of technical task orders—from planning through execution—ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget. Your responsibilities include:

  • Task Order Management — Lead day‑to‑day execution of multiple technical task orders simultaneously, ensuring alignment with government priorities and Leidos leadership direction.
  • F‑16 Repair & Return Oversight — Apply extensive knowledge of F‑16 component repair processes to manage, track, and optimize repair and return activities.
  • Subcontractor Leadership — Provide oversight, direction, and performance management for multiple subcontractors performing component repairs.
  • Risk Mitigation — Identify and mitigate risks related to component repair, obsolescence, and supply chain challenges.
  • Logistics Program Execution — Develop and implement logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, and standardization.
  • Lifecycle Sustainment — Support development and execution of LCSPs, MFPs, and other lifecycle logistics documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience managing government programs (additional experience or certifications may substitute for degree).
  • U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain one.
  • Proven experience in F‑16 Repair and Return.
  • Broad management experience across R&R, DMSMS, and Engineering & Technical Support (E&TS).
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of support activities.
  • Experience interfacing with government personnel and evaluating project feasibility, cost, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of logistics support analysis, lifecycle logistics documentation, and sustainment planning.
  • Familiarity with **Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)**and Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) development and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
