  • Review and validate incident documentation, service tickets, and operational reports for accuracy and completeness

  • Provide system health reporting, readiness assessments, and operational status updates to program leadership and government representatives

  • Mentor and develop team members to reinforce operational discipline, technical proficiency, and accountability

  • Coordinate with Sixteenth Air Forces Cyber, AFLCMC/HNCD, engineering teams, installation Communications Focal Points (CFPs), and vendors to resolve system-level issues impacting mission systems

  • Experience overseeing system monitoring, operational health validation, and sustainment of enterprise or mission-critical systems

  • Proven experience managing system availability, uptime metrics, and service continuity in support of downstream operational customers

  • Experience governing maintenance execution, configuration management activities, and change control processes in regulated environments

  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise systems, applications, or integrated platforms using structured diagnostic methodologies

  • Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), endpoint management tools, and enterprise infrastructure concepts

  • Ability to assess system-level incidents, prioritize operational impact, and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts
