Business Intern – College at Leidos

As an intern, you will work under the close supervision of our business and operations professionals on a variety of programs spanning program management, logistics, financial analysis, and process improvement.
This includes —
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business and program operations
- Performing research, data gathering, and analysis in support of operational and strategic initiatives
- Attending program planning and status meetings and assisting in documenting discussions, decisions, and action items
- Supporting the development and maintenance of operational reports, dashboards, and briefing materials
- Assisting with budget tracking, resource planning, and procurement coordination
- Participating in process improvement efforts and contributing ideas to enhance operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
- Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Applicants must be currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior at an accredited college or university and actively pursuing their Bachelor's degree
- Applicants must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and effectively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management principles or exposure to tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
- Prior internship, co-op, or work experience in a professional or government setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:
Pay Range $35,750.00 - $64,625.00
