This position is based in Huntsville, AL, a critical hub for air and missile defense, Army modernization, and sensor development activities.

-
Advance solutions leveraging open architectures, digital engineering, and rapid prototyping pathways (OTA, DIU, AFWERX)
-
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior operational, requirements, and acquisition leaders
-
Inform IRAD and internal investments in areas such as counter-swarm, autonomous detection, and sensor fusion
-
Represent Leidos at customer engagements, industry days, and executive briefings
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
-
15+ years of experience in defense growth, operations, or capability development within CUAS, IAMD, or air defense domains

Proven ability to influence requirements, acquisition pathways, and senior DoD stakeholders
