Leidos is seeking a Key Leadership Engagement Analyst to support the MARCENT KLE Program at Mac Dill AFB, FL. This position plays a critical role in synchronizing Marine Corps Key Leader Engagements with CENTCOM Commander priorities and strategic themes across the Area of Responsibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain MARCENT KLE web pages, historical records, and program documentation.
- Track and coordinate Headquarters Marine Corps KLEs within the CENTCOM AOR and the National Capital Region.
- Develop comprehensive Trip Books, including talking points, scene setters, biographies, and After Action Reports.
- Draft formal correspondence such as thank you notes and ensure proper archiving of completed engagements.
- Coordinate quarterly reviews with the MARCENT Strategic Communications Branch to ensure alignment with communication objectives.
- Update the CENTCOM KLE Portal and calendar with engagement details, actions, and readouts.
- Participate in planning conferences and working groups.
- Deliver In Progress Reviews, assessments, briefings, and naval messages.
- Support internal MARCENT working groups and assist with conference planning and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of military experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally.
- 3 or more years of experience at the MARFOR or Combatant Command level.
- Ability to engage with senior military leaders, including Colonels and Lieutenant Colonels, and deliver briefings at the executive level, including 2 to 3 star leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and 8 or more years of relevant experience.
- Retired or reserve USMC Major or Lieutenant Colonel.
- Prior experience serving on USCENTCOM or MARCENT staff.
- Previous KLE experience at the Combatant Command or MARFOR level.
- Strong understanding of CENTCOM’s KLE processes.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
