We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate 3 to join our Warehouse team and support the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate material movement, inventory handling, and process adherence across our facility. This job entails becoming a SME in all warehouse processes and being able to take on special projects onsite and other outside warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Materials, and Logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Under limited supervision, applies considerable warehouse knowledge to perform a broad range of tasks which include but are not limited to cycle counting, receiving, put-away, picking/packing, and preparing shipments materials for outbound deployments, and external/internal transfers

• Handle material movement across designated areas in line with process standards

• Understand full flow of the materials within warehouse locations.

• Participate in physical inventories, and reconciliation of activities in coordination with Inventory Control Specialists.

• Ensure accurate transactions within the ERP system (Net Suite or equivalent)

• Follow established SOPs and escalate issues when necessary

• Adhering to all workplace safety policies, reporting safety hazards, and following company regulations.

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve warehouse processes and efficiency

• Support documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements for high-value inventory

• Ensure the business unit is always audit ready.

• Assist with training new personnel or cross-train existing personnel on all required warehouse processes.

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

You

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, and materials handling.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software (Net Suite a plus).

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving aptitude.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced. environment

Salary Range Information

This is an hourly role, eligible for overtime. The hourly rate for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a hourly rate higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
