Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in our Oklahoma City territory.

The territory for this position covers Western Oklahoma. The ideal candidate would reside within the territory.Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory

  • Function as a liaison between the client and the Lab Corp operations team in relation to client needs

  • Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base

  • Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service

  • Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive

  • Provide account management for client’s day to day operations

  • Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth

  • Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business

  • Continuously provide educational material to the client base

  • Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner

  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Salesforce experience

  • 3+ years outside sales experience, or account management in healthcare

Additional Job Standards:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel overnight as needed

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
