Labcorp is seeking a Product Management Senior Director to join our team in the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC office.
RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Strategy & Vision
- Set and lead the digital product vision for My Labcorp Consumer, ensuring alignment with P&L owners, market demand, consumer expectations, and enterprise strategy.
- Build and maintain a data‑driven product roadmap informed by market insights, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.
- Champion a consumer‑first mindset that emphasizes usability, accessibility, and differentiated value.
- Translate consumer and market insights into innovative digital experiences that drive engagement, growth, and loyalty.
- Validate concepts through research, experimentation, and rapid learning cycles.
- Partner with P&L owners, other product leaders, clinicians, engineering, project management, sales, support, and marketing to deliver integrated product experiences.
Leadership & Organizational Influence
- Partner with P&L owners to ensure product strategy directly supports business goals and revenue targets.
- Advocate for investments that enhance digital capabilities and long‑term strategic value.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, data-driven decisions, and consumer‑centric thinking across teams.
- Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through clear communication, strategic insight, and data‑driven recommendations.
- Mentor and develop product talent, elevating the organization’s digital product maturity and talent pipeline.
- Align teams around a unified product vision, measurable outcomes, and a shared understanding of consumer needs.
Product Delivery & Execution

Oversee end‑to‑end product execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and measurable outcomes.

Drive prioritization and trade‑off decisions to maximize consumer value and business outcomes.

Establish and track KPIs to optimize consumer engagement, product performance, and target outcomes.

Use analytics and experimentation to continuously refine consumer experience and accelerate growth.

Leverage enterprise platforms, shared capabilities, and standardized technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATONS
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 or more years of product management experience including leadership roles overseeing digital products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 or more years of experience in commerce.
- 5 or more years of experience in a Director position.
ADDITIONAL JOB STANDARDS
- Proven experience in healthcare, health tech, or other related domains.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to understand market dynamics and business drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases, articulate value propositions, and model ROI.
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to translate technology capabilities into market-ready solutions.
- Track record of successfully influencing executive leadership and driving cross‑functional alignment.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and external clients.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrated urgency, ownership, and ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Experienced mentor and team builder with a passion for developing product talent.
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
The Senior Director of Product Management for My Labcorp Consumer is a strategic, consumer‑obsessed leader responsible for defining and delivering the digital product vision that fuels growth, strengthens competitive advantage, and delivers meaningful health outcomes. This leader brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior, healthcare market dynamics, and digital innovation to shape an integrated product strategy within the My Labcorp ecosystem.
Partnering closely with P&L owners, clinicians, engineering, project management, sales, support, and marketing, this role transforms insights into high‑impact digital solutions that meet real consumer needs and advance Labcorp’s consumer strategy.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Just quit Labcorp
I finally quit by walking out of my shift today :/ I worked for a outpatient Labcorp in a hospital there had been some instances of micromanagement and borderline bullying that I reported to my manager and for over a week our site coordinator and some co workers have been giving me the silent treatment, today i literally just had enough and clocked out.
