Job Description:

The CSD Business Applications team is seeking an IT professional with practical experience in developing, testing, and maintaining business applications. This role requires a good understanding of programming languages, development frameworks, and software engineering principles. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing, and delivering innovative solutions in alignment with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring the stability and performance of production systems, and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service providers to design, configure, test, and enhance operational systems, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist configuration and deployment of new systems or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Facilitate collection and documentation of business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Validate deliverables against requirements and support UAT feedback loops.
• Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in cross-functional environments.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $79,000-$146,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $69,000-$128,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
