Serve as the lead point of contact for internal and external payroll tax audits. Stay ahead of legislative changes (e.g., SUI rates, provincial tax shifts, or federal updates) to ensure system configurations remain compliant.

  • Agency Management:

Proactively manage tax notices and tracers from various jurisdictions, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and penalty abatement requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

  • Advanced hands-on experience with People Soft Payroll and ADP Smart Compliance.
