主要職責：

• **提供極致的護膚療程體驗：**運用專業手藝與對肌膚的深入了解，為顧客提供奢華的面部護理療程，特別是使用Crema Nera黑曜岩新生奇蹟系列，打造無與倫比的感官享受。
• 通過專業的護膚建議和服務，將顧客體驗轉化為銷售，實現個人及團隊的銷售目標。
• **客戶關係管理：**與顧客建立深厚的信賴關係，提供持續的專業護膚建議與關懷，提升品牌忠誠度。
• **商品陳列與店鋪運營：**確保產品陳列符合品牌低調奢華的最高標準，維持整潔與專業形象。
• **團隊合作與協作：**與店舖經理及團隊成員緊密合作，分享銷售表現、顧客反饋及營運需求，營造積極的團隊氛圍。

我們正在尋找：

對護膚充滿熱情，並致力於提供卓越的客戶服務。您需要具備以下能力：

• 持有國際認可的專業美容文憑或證書（如CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC），並擁有豐富的面部護理療程經驗。
• 至少1年美容行業經驗，優先考慮有護膚品牌經驗者。
• 良好溝通及銷售技巧，並能夠與顧客建立信任，並有效推廣產品及服務。
• 以顧客為中心，提供個性化的護膚體驗。
• 積極參與團隊合作，樂於分享，實現共同目標。
• 符合美妝行業的專業形象要求。
