We are looking for a HR Manager to join our Nordic HR Team.

Your mission…

As a key person in our Nordic organization based in Copenhagen, you will work closely with the Nordic HQ management, line managers, and employees across the region. This is a broad role covering the entire employment life cycle, where you will balance strategic HR work with hands-on operational excellence. You will be a true partner to the business, focused on understanding what is happening and why, while promoting L'Oréal both internally and externally. Using solid analytics as your backbone, you will steer your actions in the right direction, supported by our shared Nordic HR Specialist functions and in close collaboration with four other Nordic HR Managers, the Learning & Development team, the Talent Acquisition and our Compensation & Benefits team. You will report to the Nordic HR Director with a dotted line to the General Manager of your business area. You will be part of the HR Management Committee and your Business Management Committee.

You will...

  • Be a Strategic Business Partner: You will align the HR strategy with business priorities, anticipating operational needs and guiding leaders through organizational change.
  • Champion Our People's Journey: In partnership with our Talent and Learning teams, you will manage the full talent lifecycle - from identifying and attracting talent to conducting career conversations and building succession plans.
  • Drive HR Excellence and Impact: You will lead the local implementation of Group HR projects, manage performance and reward cycles, and leverage data to steer your actions and demonstrate HR's value.
  • Cultivate an Inspiring Workplace: You will ensure a high-quality social environment, strengthen our inclusive culture, and act as a guardian of our values and Code of Ethics.

We Are Looking For...

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR professional who excels at building relationships in a fast-paced, international environment. You are a great fit if you have:

  • Solid experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
  • The ability to think strategically, act concretely, and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Fluency in English and ideally Danish.
  • A good understanding of Danish employment law and HR practices.
