Join our Corporate Intellectual Property legal team in Clichy, France, as an Intellectual Property Lawyer. You will be a key partner in securing, enhancing, and defending the Group's intellectual property rights, ensuring our innovations and brand identities are protected worldwide.

  • Strategic IP Management: You will implement trademark clearance strategies, manage a global IP portfolio with external counsel, and monitor third-party activities.
  • Contract & Dispute Resolution: You will draft and negotiate key IP agreements and manage legal disputes, from opposition proceedings to infringement claims.
  • Business Partnership: You will train and advise our Marketing teams on key IP principles, helping to shape best practices and foster an IP-aware culture.

We are seeking a proactive lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should have a proven ability to manage complex legal challenges with business acumen and possess the following skills:

  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex legal issues and develop creative, business-oriented solutions.
  • Negotiation: Lead discussions and draft agreements that protect L'Oréal's interests.
  • Communication & Influence: Clearly communicate legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Agility: Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business Acumen: Provide pragmatic legal counsel that aligns with business objectives.
