We have a suitable opportunity in L'Oréal India Human Resources teamfor the position of Senior Manager – Change & Project Mgt. (HR), reporting to the People Transformation Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution, change management & communication (across all levels in the organization) of our ambitious HR transformation agenda.

As we evolve our organizational design, leadership capabilities, and skills for the future, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Change Management & Communications Lead to drive engagement, alignment, and adoption across the organization.
This role is central to ensuring that our transformation is not only well-designed but also deeply understood, embraced, and lived by all employees. The individual will partner closely with HR, business leaders, and external consultants to craft and execute a compelling narrative for change.
You should have a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years’ experience specifically in change management/ communications. The location of the job will be at the L’Oreal India Head Office at Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:1. Change Management Strategy
- Design and implement a comprehensive change management framework to support the people transformation agenda
- Partner with the HR Transformation Lead to anticipate change impacts and develop strategies for stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Work closely with global and zone teams to align India’s transformation messaging with broader L’Oréal priorities.
2. Communications
- Develop and execute an integrated communications plan to support the transformation narrative internally.
- Craft messaging and storytelling that translates complex change programs into inspiring and actionable communication for managers, leaders, and employees.
- Manage all communication channels and formats — leadership messages, townhalls, videos, toolkits, FAQs, and manager cascades.
- Coach leaders and HRBPs on effective communication and change leadership behaviors.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify key influencers across the organization to drive change at every level.
- Create feedback loops to capture employee sentiment and adjust plans accordingly.
- Partner with Learning & Talent Management Lead, and HRBPs to embed change in talent and capability-building initiatives.
4. Project Management
- Work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders to ensure change management and communication workstreams are fully integrated with project milestones.
- Track success metrics (e.g., awareness, adoption, readiness) and report progress to leadership.
Key Deliverables:
- Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to enable the success of the people transformation agenda.
- Develop a clear and consistent change narrative that connects organizational goals to employee purpose and daily work.
- Create and implement an integrated communication plan for leaders, managers, and employees across all business divisions and functions.
- Partner with HR, Learning, and Consultants to embed change levers in capability and organization design initiatives.
- Develop and manage communication assets — Mancom & manager messaging, presentations, FAQs, playbooks, toolkits, and storytelling campaigns.
- Measure and report on change effectiveness and adoption metrics
- Coach and equip managers and HRBPs to act as change agents through targeted communication and learning interventions.

Education:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources/ Organizational Psychology/Communications, or Business Management from top schools
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent) preferred.
