A Day in the Life

As a strategic HR Business Partner in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia (CHS) hub, reporting to the HR Director, you will help shape our people strategy. Based in our Prague office, you will partner with business leaders to drive organizational performance and foster a culture of growth and inclusion.

• Be a Strategic Partner: You will collaborate with management to define and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics.
• Drive Talent & Performance: You will manage the entire talent lifecycle, from performance reviews and succession planning to career development, ensuring we nurture and retain our top talent.
• Foster Employee Engagement: You will champion initiatives that enhance the employee experience, monitor the social climate, and guide managers in building a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Guide & Support: You will provide expert guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and social law, ensuring fair and consistent practices.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and influential HR professional who can translate business needs into impactful people strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to build relationships and drive change.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
• A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required; Czech or Slovak is a plus.
• Knowledge of Czech labor law.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and coaching.
