Maintenance Engineer

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing preventive maintenance and daily inspection plans for production equipment to ensure proper operation.

• Ensure production needs are met as much as possible and reduce equipment downtime caused by failures.

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with equipment modification, introduction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance management.

协助维修经理进行生产设备的改造、引进、安装调试及维护管理。

• Apply professional knowledge to carry out technical improvements and innovations on production equipment to enhance safety, ergonomics, and production efficiency.

利用自身专长和专业知识对生产设备进行技术改造和创新，提高设备的安全性、人体工程水平及生产效率。

• Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians and equipment operators, and implement cross‑training to develop multi‑skilled personnel.

负责对维修工和设备操作人员进行培训和指导，实施交叉培训，培养一专多能的人员。

• Manage contractors within assigned projects to ensure their work is carried out safely and effectively.

管理所属项目的承包商，确保其工作安全有效。

• Request and purchase maintenance spare parts and auxiliary materials.

负责维修备件和辅料的申报及采购。

• Establish and update maintenance documents and equipment technical records.

负责维修文件及设备资料档案的建立和更新。

• Prepare and update SOPs for equipment operation.

负责设备操作SOP的编写和更新。

• Participate in equipment acceptance, installation, and commissioning.

参与设备验收及安装调试工作。
