Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
Drive offline experience enhancement through store design and visual merchandising, based on company-wide and individual brand strategies. In this key market, you'll iteratively conduct Test & Learn initiatives, establish best practices, and gather market feedback to fuel brand growth, both domestically and internationally. Transform customer experiences and drive brand success with your strategic VMD initiatives.

Plan and execute new store openings, in-store VMD, pop-up, outposts, and PR events, aligning with brand positioning, image, and commercial objectives.

Manage the execution of new product launch campaigns and brand moments, developing and implementing locally relevant VMD strategies.

Oversee all aspects of project management, including design, quality, cost, lead time, and risk management.

Conduct market visits to gather insights on customer trends and competitor activities, using this information to continuously improve VMD strategies.

Collaborate closely with North Asia and HQ teams on a wide range of tasks.

ブランドポジショニング、イメージ、ビジネス目標に合致する形で、新規店舗開店、店内VMD、ポップアップ、アウトポスト、PRイベント等におリテールデザイン・VMDを企画・実施する。

新商品キャンペーンおよびブランドモーメントの実行を管理し、地域に適したVMD戦略を策定・実行する

プロジェクト管理の全側面(デザイン、クオリティ、コスト、リードタイム、リスク等)を監督する

マーケットビジットを実施し、顧客動向や競合他社の分析に基づき、VMD戦略を継続的に改善する
-
多くの業務に関して、北アジアおよび本国チームと緊密に連携する
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
3+ years of experience in visual merchandising at relevant industry
Passion for store design (experience preferred but not mandatory)
Basic business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 level or equivalent)
Basic English language proficiency, including reading, writing, and conversational
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Open-mindedness
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving skills
Design thinking
A future-oriented mindset
Presentation and negotiation skill
