岗位职责

1、使用电商平台在线沟通工具服务消费者,聆听消费者诉求,解答消费者的问题,为消费者提供指引;

2、服务范围包括但不限于:介绍产品功效和促销活动玩法、处理消费者投诉、跟进订单物流和处理退换货申请。

岗位要求

1、大专及以上学历,有在线购物经验;

2、能接受早晚轮班;(早班:9:00-18:00;晚班:15:00-24:00,在家上班),班次内休息一小时;

3、打字速度达到40字/分钟;

4、有一定的服务意识和团队精神;

5、工作耐心仔细,有较强的抗压能力和责任心;

6、有服务或销售岗位实习工作经历优先。
