L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program**(1 July 2026 - 8 January 2027)** designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment. There are three tracks available, (1) Young Talent Management , (2) Learning & Development, (3) Human Resource Business Partner. As our Young Talent Management Intern, you will

  • Build and maintain partnerships with key academic partners to promote employment opportunities and upskilling initiatives under L'Oréal for Youth

  • Proactively identify and execute initiatives that transform the young talent employee experience

  • Support campus activation activities such as L'Oréal Brandstorm and Career Fairs

  • Collaborate on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, video-editing to social media campaigns

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience As our Learning & Development Intern, you will

  • Support the people development mission by implementing learning solutions

  • Diagnose, design, and roll-out development plans

  • Create program materials and coordinate learning events

  • Partner external providers/ consultants/ experts to deliver best-in-class learning experiences

  • Manage the communications to stakeholders regarding learning programs

  • Track internal data and metrics for reporting of learning performance

As our Human Resource Business Partner Intern, you will

  • Assist the recruitment process for IT positions, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews

  • Collaborate with HR professionals to organize training and development programs

  • Develop an HR analytics dashboard focused on Zone IT metrics, including recruitment analytics, employee turnover rates, training program effectiveness, and diversity metrics

  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to HR and Zone IT & Beauty Tech Management Committee for informed decision-making and strategic planning

Who are we looking for? - University students currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcomed!

  • Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) - Proficient in Canva, Photoshop or other editing software
