Your Missions

As a Product Development Project Manager within the Dermatological Beauty Division

, your objectives will be concrete, and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in the innovation and realization of products that reach millions of consumers worldwide. You will be responsible for:-Product design and innovation: You will contribute to identifying emerging trends and consumer insights specific to the mass market. You will participate in defining innovative product concepts, translating a creative vision into concrete specifications for the R&D teams.

  • Formula and packaging development management: In close collaboration with Research & Innovation (R&I), development laboratories, and packaging teams, you will oversee the various stages of formula creation (sensoriality, performance, safety) and packaging (aesthetics, innovation, durability), ensuring the embodiment of the brand identity and quality standards.
  • Transversal project management: You will coordinate the different phases of the product development cycle, from ideation to industrialization, interacting with a wide range of teams (strategic marketing, regulatory, scientific affairs, supply chain, purchasing, external suppliers). You will ensure adherence to allocated schedules and budgets.

Some skills you will develop in this role:

This role will allow you to develop valuable expertise in strategic and operational marketing within a cutting-edge sector. You will strengthen your skills in market and consumer analysis, complex project management, product development (including the interface with R&D), scientific and "360°" marketing communication, as well as cross-functional leadership and autonomy. You will also deepen your knowledge of the regulatory and scientific specificities of dermatological beauty

Your Profile

  • You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
  • You are fluent in English and/or French.

  • Compensation: €1700 gross monthly
  • Transport: 75% of transport costs covered
  • Remote work: 1 day of remote work per week
  • Leave: 1 day per month
