Within the Divisions Finance team, we are looking for a Commercial Finance professional who will be responsible for contributing to the development of our commercial strategy and achieving business results by providing timely and proactive financial support.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Be a business partner to the commercial team, with a high level of autonomy and experience, providing a financial perspective to the commercial team.

  • Strategic collaboration with Commercial, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Business Planners, and Operations.

  • Influence the decision-making process of the commercial teams with a financial and data-driven perspective.

  • Supervise and validate investments and the effectiveness of actions undertaken in accordance with the rules and best practices established by Internal Control, maintaining constant links with stakeholders (e.g., customer benefits, value analysis, ROI, cost analysis, etc.).

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensure that its construction and execution are in line with the channel and client strategy.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, both monthly and ad hoc.

  • Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.

  • Manage client balance and provide support in internal and external audits.

  • Contribute to the success of the Commercial Finance team and, in general, the Division's Finance, by seeking ways to optimize and simplify existing processes, and finding opportunities to reduce complexity and improve ways of working.

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Stakeholder management.

  • Communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and entrepreneurship.

  • Sensitivity to strategy and business objectives.

  • Teamwork in a multidisciplinary and diverse team.

  • Project management skills.

  • Proficiency in English (C1).
