Job Title: DC Data & Quality Specialist

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Your key responsibilities will be to:

1. Physical Distribution

Ensures inventory accuracy, data quality, and system performance during L’Oréal’s ODES transformation, which deploys the Manhattan WMS across global distribution centers to modernize and harmonize logistics operations. (Based on verified ODES program details: global WMS deployment to optimize agility, efficiency, and unified logistics processes.)

A.

Inventory & Data Management:

  • Ensure stock synchronization and consistency between MAWM and SAP.
  • Lead data quality management, monitoring discrepancies, ensuring accuracy, and driving corrective actions.
  • Perform systematic root cause analysis for stock variances and support continuous process optimization.

B.

System Operations & Optimization:

  • Support daily operations of Manhattan Active WMS, including parameter maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, IT, ODES leads) to ensure that inventory processes align with unified global ODES standards.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and go‑live activities for stock‑related workflows during the ODES deployment phases.

C.

Stock Planning & Performance:

  • Monitor stock levels, obsoletes, slow movers, and cycle count performance.
  • Provide reports and insights to improve inventory KPIs and support ODES objectives such as standardization and performance integration.
  • Communicate proactively with supply chain teams to avoid shortages and ensure optimal replenishment flow.

D. Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze data‑driven insights to identify improvement opportunities across stock handling, system configuration, and operational workflows.
  • Document and standardize inventory procedures aligned with ODES’s harmonization and capability‑building goals.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

  • Years of experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience is preferred.

  • New graduates or junior profiles (0–3 years) are welcome.

  • Prior logistics experience is not required

  • Curiosity and problem-solving capability are more important.

  • Experience with Manhattan and SAP is preferred.

Other Skills:

  • Understanding of warehouse operations or inventory principles (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Korean English (Spoken & Written)

**This position is based at our Distribution Center (DC) Located in Choji-ri, Daewol-myeon, Icheon-si.
