So what will you do at L'Oréal CERAN?VIE Finance - CERAN
You will play a central role in orchestrating and optimizing key financial initiatives within L'Oréal. You will be responsible for driving strategic projects, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and fostering efficiency in our financial operations. Your expertise will be crucial in realizing L'Oréal's 2030 financial vision, enhancing our systems and processes at a regional level.
Strategic Project Management: Monitor and comprehensively manage key financial projects outlined in the L'Oréal 2030 roadmap, ensuring their effective execution and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Leadership of Key Financial Initiatives:
- Client Hierarchy: Lead the initiative to align client hierarchies across different systems, ensuring adherence to group standards and policies.
- Price Harmony Central America: Direct the project to unify catalog prices across 11 Central American countries, aiming for regional standardization and efficiency.
- SAP NEO Preparation: Coordinate and monitor critical issues that must be resolved before SAP NEO implementation, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- My Market User Simplification: Drive a 50% reduction of users on the My Market platform, mitigating risks and optimizing access management.
Financial Development and Training: Manage the "Finance Day" agenda and organize events to promote the team's financial Up Skilling, fostering continuous learning and excellence.
Financial Calendar Optimization: Lead the unification and optimization of the financial calendar, identifying and managing key dates to improve planning and compliance.
Platform Support: Manage users and address technical demands related to the My Market procurement platform, ensuring its correct functioning and user satisfaction.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is an individual with a strong strategic vision, project leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial processes. You are proactive, problem-solution oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Your skills include:
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, and execute complex projects from conception to closure.
- Financial and Process Analysis: Ability to analyze financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions.
- Strategic Vision: Capacity to understand the impact of projects on the company's global strategy and long-term objectives.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication skills to interact with different internal and external stakeholders and negotiate effective solutions.
- Change Management: Ability to facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes, managing resistance to change.
What You Will Bring
- Professional degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Systems), or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in the financial or systems (ERP) domain.
- Familiarity with financial, accounting, or procurement processes.
- Advanced level of English (essential for regional and international projects).
- Advanced proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with ERP systems (like SAP) or procurement management platforms will be valued.
