Job Summary:

As a Lancôme Facial Therapist, you will provide luxurious and results-oriented facial treatments, embodying the brand's commitment to skincare expertise and personalized client care. You will combine technical skill with a passion for beauty to create a memorable and rejuvenating experience for each client, promoting Lancôme's advanced skincare products and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Facial Treatments: Perform a range of specialized Lancôme facial treatments, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• Skincare Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses to identify client needs and recommend personalized skincare regimens. Educate clients on the benefits of Lancôme products and proper skincare practices.
• Product Recommendations & Sales: Promote and sell Lancôme skincare products, achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships through personalized attention and follow-up.
• Brand Representation: Embody the Lancôme brand image of elegance, sophistication, and scientific innovation in all client interactions.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment room, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with a specialization in skincare.
• Proven experience in performing facials and other skincare treatments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty and skincare, with a strong understanding of skin physiology and analysis.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
