YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Belgrade team, having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of B2B Customer Care Specialist

requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:- Working on full scope of Order-to-Cash (O2C) Management** in** SAP (order processing, tracking, and invoicing).

• Managing customer disputes,damages, and returns while coordinating with the finance team for credit notes issuing.
• Coordinating delivery process with logistic partner.
• Communicating with B2B clients and developing customer-centric approach.
• Tracking and analyzing delivery performance,fill rates, and **root causes of service failures. **
• Performing part of credit management-follow upoverdue and reconciliation of payments.
• Collaborating with Sales,Finance, and Warehouse teams.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
• Has experience in fields of Economics or in Traffic Engineering
• Has between 2 and 5 years of similar experience
• Has good understanding of the end-to-end flow of goods
• Has a service-oriented mindset
• Is analytical and used to tracking KPIs
• Has excellent communication and collaborationskills
• Is highly skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel)
• Experience in SAP (especially Sales Distribution module) is an advantage
• Is fluent in Serbian and English language
