Join the Compensation & Benefits team in the role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

The main responsibilities of this position will include:

Implementing Rewards and social benefits strategy to attract and retain talent while respecting business requirements:

  • Leading the implementation of the Group's Pay Transparency strategy for Spain and Portugal.
  • Advising—in collaboration with the corporate team, headquarters, and HR teams—on compensation and social benefits to ensure competitive remuneration from both a collective and individual perspective, paying special attention to talent and suggesting corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Leading the salary review process, performing periodic analyses on the competitiveness of salary and benefit practices, and making decisions regarding any observed deviations.
  • Defining and supervising compensation and social benefits procedures and systems.
  • Designing methods to improve employment policies and local practices to ensure compliance with legal provisions and Group policies.
  • Overseeing process quality, particularly the accuracy of salary information and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
  • Providing information, statistics, analysis, and simulations regarding salaries.

Managing the entire mobility process alongside various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of international assignments:

  • Supporting various stakeholders in the implementation of the international mobility policy.
  • Ensuring compliance with this policy as well as tax, social, and legal obligations, especially for assignees in Spain.
  • Preparing international mobility packages in collaboration with the international mobility team and assisting stakeholders in the presentation of these packages.
  • Determining the cost of the packages.
  • Drafting various contractual documents and ensuring their follow-up within the established deadlines.
  • Coordinating the implementation of packages through the different parties involved (countries, external service providers, etc.) and ensuring the quality of information before official distribution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the role.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Capacity for continuous learning.
  • Critical thinking and numerical analytical skills.
  • Sensitivity to business strategy and objectives.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and diverse team.
  • Project management skills.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Experience with Success Factors is highly valued.
