Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.A Day in the Life As the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will lead the complete strategic vision for leveraging consumer data within the market. Your role is to drive the full frame of first-party and second-party data, to acquire consumer data, build lasting relationships with high-value consumers, drive engagement and foster brand loyalty. You will architect the future of our consumer relationships to grow consumers’ engagement and lifetime value trough CRM and audience strategy, from infrastructure, data streams to customer journey identification and activation. Close collaboration with CDMOs, Digital teams, IT and strategic partners is key to transform data insights into lasting brand loyalty and engagement.

Lead Data-Driven Strategy & Acquisition: Develop and execute the annual data acquisition calendar, setting targets and monitoring the ROI and cost per acquisition to grow our high-value consumer base. You'll manage data streams and develop action plans to ensure a robust data ecosystem and mitigate consumer data anonymisation.

Orchestrate Consumer Activation: Strengthen brand CRM animation plans by designing and executing O+O customer journeys. You will define audience strategies for both mono-brand and multi-brand campaigns to drive engagement and incremental revenue. You will valorise first-party data on its usage in media, direct and indirect channels.

Develop Data Partnerships: Drive the strategic roadmap for second-party (2P) data, partnering with commercial teams, e Retailers and publishers to unlock new opportunities. You will ensure technical readiness for data-sharing environments like cleanrooms and support the loyalty program strategy.

Governance & Digital Compliance: Build and manage yearly budget, technology roadmap in close partnership with Zone IT, and key agency relationships. As our Data Privacy and Digital Compliance Champion, you will ensure full compliance with regulations while driving upskilling and best practices across the organization.

CRM Expertise: You have extensive experience building and managing CRM programs that cover the full consumer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.

Analytical & Data Management: You possess advanced skills in analyzing complex datasets, with proficiency in tools like Google Cloud Platform, SQL / Python, Power BI. Experience with segmentation and database analysis is key.

Stakeholder Influence: You excel at managing cross-functional projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change within a large organization.

Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable with marketing and data technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign, and Live Ramp.

Strategic Problem-Solving: You demonstrate an exceptional ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and lead their execution with precision.
