As a Territory Manager for our iconic dermatological brands (La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Cera Ve), you will be at the heart of our growth in the southern region of Ukraine. Based in Odesa, you will be responsible for controlling and driving the development of our partners, which involves regular travel 3-4 days a week.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Implementation: Drive the regional commercial strategy to meet ambitious sales targets and perfectly represent our brand image.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and continuously analyze sales results by brand and franchise, turning data into actionable insights.
- Partner Development: Plan and execute special projects with key partners to increase sales volume and improve our in-store presence.
- Business Growth: Constantly monitor the market to find and develop new business opportunities within your designated territory.
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proactive and analytical mindset.
You are a great fit if you have:
- A solid background in sales, ideally with experience in the FMCG sector.
- Analytical Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy when working with numbers and sales data.
- Stakeholder Management: You excel at working in cross-functional teams and can manage projects independently.
- Project Management: You are skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Proficiency: You are an advanced user of Excel, including Power Query, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Fluency in English (intermediate or higher) to collaborate effectively within our international environment.
