Job Type: Permanent full time

About Helena Rubinstein: Helena Rubinstein is a pioneering luxury skincare brand, renowned for its science-backed innovation and high-performance products. We empower clients to achieve their best skin through personalized, expert solutions.

Role Overview

As the Store Manager for Helena Rubinstein, you are the ultimate guardian of the brand’s image and business performance within your point of sale. You will lead a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver an "ultra-premium" experience that reflects the brand’s scientific excellence and luxury positioning. Your mission is to drive sales growth, build lasting relationships with a discerning clientele, and ensure operational perfection, all while fostering a culture of expertise and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Business & Sales Leadership:

  • Drive Performance: Define and achieve monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as average basket, conversion rate, and recruitment of new customers.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to implement action plans that maximize store traffic and revenue.
  • Reporting: Provide regular, detailed feedback to the Area Manager regarding sales results, stock needs, and customer insights.

2.

Exceptional Customer Experience & CRM:

  • Vibe & Service: Ensure every visitor receives a bespoke consultation that alignswith Helena Rubinstein’s signature service protocols (including the use of high-tech skin diagnostic tools).
  • Clienteling: Lead the CRM strategy by building and maintaining a strong local database. Personally engage with "Very Important Customers" (VICs) to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Event Management: Organize and oversee in-store animations, masterclasses, and private events to enhance brand visibility and prestige.

3.

Team Management & Development:

  • Inspire & Lead: Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team. Conduct regular briefings and individual performance reviews.
  • Coaching: Act as a mentor, ensuring the team masters the brand’s history, the science behind "Powercell" or "Re-Plasty" lines, and sophisticated selling techniques.
  • Expertise: Ensure the team is fully trained on the technical aspects of skincare and the use of diagnostic technology to provide expert advice.

4.

Operational Excellence & Brand Image:

  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store environment is impeccable at all times, strictly adhering to the brand’s global visual identity and merchandising guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, prevent shrinkage, and ensure the timely launch of new collections and limited editions.
  • Administration: Manage schedules, payroll inputs, and maintenance requests to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Significant experience (5+ years) in luxury retail management, ideally within the high-end skincare or cosmetics sector.
  • Skincare Passion: A deep interest in the science of beauty and anti-aging technology.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate a team and lead by example on the sales floor.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a sophisticated, international clientele.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with figures, analyzing data, and using retail management software.
  • Language: Fluency in Local Language and English is essential. Additional languages are a plus given the brand's global appeal.

Benefits

  • A luxurious work environment with a prestigious brand.
  • Competitive salary, commission, and benefits.
  • Comprehensive training and career development opportunities within L'Oréal.
  • Employee discounts.
