A Day in the Life

As a Business Planner:

for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Romania, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial planning efforts, reporting to the Commercial Director and collaborating with a dynamic team of several Key Account Managers. You’ll work closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate sales forecasts, optimize promotional activities, and drive impactful business decisions. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: -Sales Forecasting & Analysis: Consolidate and analyze sales forecasts (M-M+4), ensuring alignment with business trends and stock levels.

• Promotions & Launches: Monitor promotional plans and product launches, providing insights to improve performance and maximize impact.
• Collaboration: Partner with Key Account Managers to refine forecasts, track promotional results, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and transparent sales data (Sell-In, Sell-Out) using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Strategic Insights: Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and optimize operational processes.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional with a strong commercial mindset, capable of turning complex data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on driving performance through financial acumen and cross-functional collaboration, ready to shape our commercial strategy with a proactive, data-driven approach. You're a great match for this role if you:

• Bring previous sales experience (e.g., KAM, business planner) from an FMCG or pharma company; experience as a business analyst or financial controller is a distinct advantage.
• Possess strong finance and RGM literacy, with proven skills in commercial calculations,promotions management, and business planning.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and skills in forecasting modeling to support data-driven decision making.
• Excel at cooperation and stakeholder management, using transdisciplinary thinking to build strong partnerships and solve complex challenges.
• Are fluent in both English and Romanian.
