We Are Looking For
We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong technical foundation and a drive to innovate. You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and inspire teams to build the future of Beauty Tech. We're looking for someone with:
Key Responsibilities:
-
Define and deliver the DevOps enablers that power developer productivity and engineering excellence, including:
-
CI/CD planning frameworks
-
Group-wide testing platforms
-
Observability platforms (monitoring, tracing, alerting)
-
Developer environments and IDE tooling
-
AI-augmented development capabilities (e.g., code completion, AI pair programming)
-
Other foundational services supporting modern software delivery
-
Lead DevOps enablement across L’Oréal’s business platforms, including Online/Offline Commerce, Operations & Finance, Data Platforms, Corporate Operations and global functions (Infrastructure, Security, etc).

Drive the elevation of software engineering practices globally, fostering communities of practice and knowledge sharing across zones and divisions.

Establish and track engineering performance metrics, such as DORA indicators (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, Mean Time to Recovery), to benchmark and continuously improve the effectiveness, speed, and reliability of software delivery teams across the Group.

Champion DevOps productivity and platform scalability, delivering measurable improvements in Developer experience (Dev Ex), Software quality, Time-to-market, etc.

Lead the global DevOps community within L’Oréal: orchestrate events, training, best practices, and cross-functional alignment.

Inspire a Tech Company mindset across teams by promoting innovation, technical rigor, and a culture of continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven leadership in platform engineering, DevOps, or software delivery enablement in large-scale, complex environments
- Retail or consumer-focused industry background strongly preferred
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural, global context
- Deep, hands-on technical expertise in modern software engineering (DevOps, CI/CD, testing, cloud-
- native platforms, observability, developer tools)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change across organizational silos
- Natural functional leader with strong influence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for excellence, innovation, and velocity

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $147,100 - $213,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
