A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Content Excellence Lead, you will drive the landing of cutting-edge AI content tools and evaluation systems across China and North Asia. You will shape the future of beauty-tech by:

• Deploying Innovation & AI:

Lead the rollout and scaling of advanced generative AI content tools and visual evaluation technologies across local and regional brand teams.

• Creating Educational Playbooks:

Design interactive workshops, lead scenario-based training, and build operational playbooks to empower marketers with tech-driven creative capabilities.

• Co-creating Brand Models:

Partner with marketing and technical teams to define and refine digital brand identity guidelines, bridging the gap between algorithms and brand aesthetics.

• Optimizing Performance Tracking:

Collaborate on visual scoring and performance systems to link content creation directly with consumer engagement and conversion metrics.

We Are Looking For

• A completed Bachelor’s degree with professional experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or brand content management.
• Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for content quality, ensuring technical outputs respect brand DNA.
• Active curiosity for emerging tech, with an interest in exploring and implementing GenAI tools.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effortlessly across diverse teams in China, North Asia, and Global.
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin.
