A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will join the VIC field team to educate and coach clinic therapists, drive product advocacy and maximise sell-out for Skin Ceuticals & Skin Better Science. This role covers the CBD, Northern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne with travel to Swan Hill and Albury. Your role blends clinical teaching, territory development and commercial support.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical education & coaching: Deliver tailored in‑clinic training on consultation, treatment protocols and product application so therapists can design routines and manage side‑effects confidently.
• Territory development & prospecting: Identify and qualify new clinic opportunities, advocate brand benefits, create warm leads and handover to the BDM.
• Commercial & insights: Build coaching plans with the BDM to support patient outcomes and territory revenue KPIs; analyse category, competitor and territory data to optimise education.
• CRM, events & compliance: Maintain CRM records, support marketing initiatives, conferences, onboarding and ensure safe clinical practices.

We Are Looking For

You’re an experienced clinical educator who translates scientific evidence into practical protocols, coaches clinicians, nurses & other health care professionals who treat skin and offer skincare advice to improve patient outcomes and influences commercial results. You work independently, prioritise territory activity and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

A degree or certification in dermal science, clinical dermal therapies, clinical aesthetics, cosmetic nursing, or beauty therapy is desirable. Proven experience coaching clinicians or therapists in a clinical/dermal environment is required.
