A Day in the Life

As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of our Dermatological Beauty division in the Waikato region, connecting healthcare professionals with our life-changing brands, La Roche-Posay and Cera Ve. This is a field-based role where your mobility and strategic planning are key to success.

Your days will be dynamic and impactful. You will:

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strong relationships with key Dermatologists, General Practitioners, and Pharmacists, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive Growth: Execute a strategic call cycle to detail our dermatological formulations, directly influencing recommendations and growing sales within your territory.
  • Educate and Empower: Organize and deliver compelling training sessions on our products, scientific innovations, and brand values to your network of healthcare professionals.
  • Identify Opportunities: Liaise with your stakeholders to uncover new growth opportunities, analyze territory performance, and implement initiatives to achieve ambitious goals.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with a strong drive and a talent for building connections. You are a great match for this role if you are a results-oriented professional with:

  • An educational background in pharmacy, science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical sales with a strong track record of influencing healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills to effectively manage a large territory.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a flair for presenting scientific information clearly.
  • Experience in the skincare or dermatology field will be viewed favorably.
