BRAND CAUSE & COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST:
Brand CSR activation
Maybelline New York BRAVE TOGETHER / L’Oreal Paris STAND UP
- Plan annual KPI (beneficiaries) according to the budgets
- Organize workshops at high school, university and cooperation for both programs. Network and outreach to organizations.
- Manage planning and execution of the workshop with school and corporations.
- Support NPO for facilitator training, workshops, their requests, create communication materials, tools and goods.
- Manage communication for digital training, brand cause and workshops. Organize and manage sponsorships, school festivals related to the cause for awareness (ex. mental health day)
- Manage product donation and delivery for NPOs, sponsorship and workshops.
- Collaborate with NPOs to establish credibility of the program, establishing relationships with governmental bodies and public sectors, domain of education, medical and gender and its stakeholders and KOL.
- Update brand cause websites accordingly
- Work with DMI on global campaigns and tools. localize and adopt the global materials. (English required)
- Manage PR for brand cause with corporate communication and corporate responsibility.
- Execute bi-annually reporting (Jun and Dec), monthly KPI updates and annual donations to total of 3 NPOs.

Internal communication
- Plan, draft, design, upload and deliver newsletter collaborating with mancom team, including team interviews, draft executive messages, monthly to bi-monthly working with DGM closely. (English required)
- Plan and organize team events and meetings work cross-functionally
- Manage teams channel for uploading newsletters.
- Organize survey for feedback
- Renewing products and prints around the office→ PR assistant task
Corporate communication
- Organize interviews and event appearance of CPD team members, work closely with CAE and media
- Handle internal and external inquiries on non-product related matters.
QUALIFICATION
- No prior experience in CSR required; we welcome candidates who are passionate about social responsibility
- Demonstrated emotional maturity with the ability to handle sensitive topics such as mental health with the utmost care, discretion, and professionalism
- Highly proactive with a strong drive to identify and expand into new areas of CSR or internal / corporate communication activity and opportunity
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills; previous experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications is advantageous
- Language skills: Business-level Japanese and English skills are required.
