Job Position Supply Chain Controller Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務

1. Drive and Control of Supply Chain Financial Performance Contribute to the development of plans, budgets, and forecasts for supply chain financial performance in alignment with company strategy.

Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain costs including inbound costs (freight, custom duties, other costs), physical distribution costs (warehousing and outbound freight), and obsolete & slow-moving inventories.

Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) related to stock, investments, and operational efficiency (e.g., quality of forecasts, headcount/productivity).

Prepare and contribute to monthly financial reports and analyses, ensuring data accuracy.

Identify variances, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions to ensure budget adherence and operational efficiency.

1. “Guardian” of internal control and compliance accounting standards/controlling in his/her domain

Actively support the adherence to internal control policies and accounting standards within the supply chain domain.

Assist in identifying control gaps and contribute to the implementation of improvements in internal control practices.

Support internal audit activities by providing requested financial data and explanations, contributing to the implementation of audit action plans.

• Must Have Aspects 必須項目 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment.

• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, other ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Japanese/English (oral and written).

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Preferred Qualification 希望項目 The following career background would be a plus,- Experiences in controling/accounting function within a business or manufacturing/logistics context- Capacity to adjust to changing environments and bounce back from challenges.
